Lemony Chickpeas Stew. Spring Salad. Garden Paella w/ fava bean, asparagus, artichoke, peppers, haricot vert & olives topped w/ tarragon tofu nuggets. Local Organic Kale. Black Bean w/ Tomato & Red Wine. Chocolate Espresso Cake w/ Blackberry-Chocolate Buttercream Basil Sauce. All Vegan. 6-9.
