Potato Rosemary Soup. Spring Salad. Pesto Mac & Cheese w/ Mushroom-Walnut Sausage topped w/ Pomodoro Sauce. Local Coldwater Garden Swiss Chard & Asparagus. Olive Crostini. Tuscan White Beans. Cream Cheese Brownies w/ Strawberry Sauce. (Gluten free options for entire meal). All Vegan. 6-9.
